Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about XSite Pay.
First off, let me just say that is a great question. Who are we? Where did we come from? Here’s the story. I was looking for a merchant processor for my companies as my processor at the time was taking almost 10% of my income for fees. While I was busy running my business, these guys were sticking their hands in my pockets and taking more money as i’m making less money and working much harder to keep my business’ afloat. It wasn’t until 5 years later when I was doing my taxes, I started noticing a pattern where my rates were being increased without my notice. New fees and PCI compliance taxes were being added without my consent or notice. Not only that, they charged me for my credit card reader that I didn’t return. Apparently, free doesn’t mean free. So.. I decided to find a better way, as our company specializes in troubleshooting and finding a better way to do things, but we never really focused on ourselves… until now. I was previously contacted by a company that I’ve worked with and spoke to a gentleman named Daniel, and he changed my entire thinking on merchant services. I forgot to mention previous to me discovering my overcharging from my previous processor, I was actively searching, contacting, and signing up for merchant providers I found from google. NONE OF THEM REPLIED. I was completely ignored. Obviously, something is severely broken here. And in the history of our companies, we find a better way, and offer it to our customers to make running their business’ easier and less stressful. I’m a small business owner and have been operating multiple companies for over 18 years. I love to work and make things better.
